Russian senator Frants Klintsevich admitted that Russia was unable to proceed as requested in the operation of the invasion of Ukraine, sending the Ukrainian army to be trained by the Russians in the past. "They are fighting against Russian soldiers with their own mentality," the senator said, evaluating them as "one of the strongest and best trained armies".
Russia's invasion against Ukraine on 24 February is about to leave 3 months behind, but Russia is unable to achieve the success it wants in the war, he notes. One of the most interesting comments about the matter came from Russian senator Frants Klintsevich.
Klintsevich shared his opinion on a television program that his country could not move forward with the speed it wants to occupy Ukraine. Stressing that he has had more than 7 years of combat experience, he said this war is different from his previous experience.
