Lecture 34: 1D and 2D Realistic Conductors

In this video, we continue our discussion on realistic 1D and 2D conductors wherein we need to take into account the quantum confinement and consequently the formation of sub-bands. We also highlight the modifications that need to be made in calculations to account for the sub-bands.
