Pulwama, Nov 30 (ANI): Construction labour class benefitted through government schemes in Kashmir Valley including Pulwama district. Construction workers are getting a number of benefits including health care, assistance during funerals and financial assistance in education for children. Due to lack of awareness, vast majority of people are not receiving the benefits that they are entitled to. (SA)
