Regarding the band...
they organized in Lubbock (apparently the bulk of them were Texas Tech students), recorded two or three albums for a local label there, then seem to have relocated to Colorado in the early 1970s- I've found a few newspaper entries indicating that the band lasted until 1975 or so, though it appears that their sound by the end of that time was substantially different from that recorded here.
As for what happened to the band members, one of the members here, Jim Ratts, has long been active on the fringes of the folk scene the following link is an interview offers details, including concerning this act.
