Metroid Dread Skip - Screw Attack Before Plasma

Hopefully this skip is RTA viable, but the amount of time you have to perform the Flash Slide Shine Clip is extremely tight above screw attack and it takes forever to set it back up so maybe it shouldn't be. I set up into the clips manually, but used a short TAS I made of the clip inputs itself to make sure that I didn't get a good run into the blue teleportal room and then waste it.
I didn't manage to record the speed booster sequence in the same replay as the clip itself, so I went back and recorded another good sequence into the blue teleportal room.
This is just a demonstration. The dash melee morph pseudo in particular requires a setup to get to the correct distance from the wall, since being against the wall will clip your shots to the other side of it.
