In today's challenging business environment, mid-sized manufacturers are faced with increasing pressures from competitors - pressure to reduce costs, improve and maintain quality, and decrease lead times. The goal of this topic is to help people understand how Engineer to Order / Project Manufacturing requirements can be achieved with the implementation of an Odoo solution. This talk is geared towards small and mid-sized customers in the manufacturing vertical looking to implement an ERP solution with an understanding of the ETO in Odoo. The key learning points will include the requirements needed for ETO and how to set up the Project Manufacturing in Odoo. Furthermore, we will also be addressing Various Master configurations, Transactions, and Reports associated with ETO / Project Manufacturing domains in Odoo.
